You may only submit reviews for agencies you have personally engaged as a paying client. You agree that your review is truthful, based on first-hand experience, and not authored or compensated by a competitor of the agency.

You grant agency-review.com a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and adapt your review for any purpose related to the operation of the Site.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting fake, paid, or coerced reviews.
• Posting defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Scraping, mirroring, or republishing our data without written consent.
• Attempting to manipulate ratings through automated means.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these Terms, is the subject of a credible legal complaint, or that we determine in good faith to be inauthentic. We do not remove reviews simply because the subject agency disagrees with them.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors and not those of agency-review.com. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any review or directory listing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, agency-review.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any decision made based on a review.

7. Changes to These Terms
