• Verification documents — invoices or contracts you submit to verify a review. These are stored encrypted and reviewed by a single moderator before being deleted within 30 days.
• Usage data — pages viewed, referring URL, browser type. We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not set cookies.

How we use it

• To display your review and reviewer profile on the Site.
• To verify the authenticity of submissions.
• To send transactional emails about your account.
• To improve the Site and detect abuse.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to agencies you have reviewed. Period.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@agency-review.com. We respond within 30 days.
