Choosing a digital agency is one of the highest-stakes decisions a small business owner makes. A bad pick can drain a year of marketing budget, tank your search rankings, and leave your website held hostage on someone else's CMS. And yet, until recently, most people made this decision based on a slick sales call and a Clutch profile written by the agency itself.

What we believe

  • Reviews should come from the people who signed the contract, not the people who fulfilled it.
  • A one-star review is just as valuable to the next buyer as a five-star one.
  • Agencies should compete on craft, not on which platform they pay the most to.
  • Anonymity protects honesty — verification protects trust.

What we will never do

  • Sell paid placement that disguises itself as ranking.
  • Remove a verified negative review in exchange for money.
  • Generate fake reviews to "seed" a new agency profile.
  • Sell your contact information to the agencies you researched.

Where we go next

Over the next year we are expanding into adjacent service categories — fractional CMOs, brand consultants, and product design studios — using the same verification model. If we do our job well, the phrase "I got burned by an agency" becomes a lot rarer.
