Review guidelines

A good review helps the next business owner make a confident decision.

What makes a great review

  • Describe the actual work performed — scope, budget range, and timeline.
  • Share measurable outcomes when you can (traffic, leads, sales, page speed).
  • Note what surprised you — positively or negatively.
  • Be specific. "Great team!" is not as useful as "Our project manager replied within an hour every weekday."

What we will not publish

  • Reviews from people who never paid the agency.
  • Reviews containing personal contact details of named individuals.
  • Profanity directed at specific employees.
  • Anything that appears generated by AI without a real engagement behind it.

For agencies

Agencies are welcome to respond publicly to any review on their profile. We do not remove reviews based on disagreement, but we will investigate and act on any review you believe to be inauthentic. Email disputes@agency-review.com with the review URL and your evidence.
