Website broke after launch
I paid upfront and they delivered something that looks like a high school project. When I asked for revisions they stopped responding entirely.

They subcontracted the work to someone overseas without telling us. The quality was awful and there was no project manager.

Missed every deadline
Every single deadline was missed. Communication was nonexistent. The final product barely functions. Do not hire them.

Avoid at all costs

Broken links everywhere
Our bounce rate doubled after their 'optimization.' When I asked for a report they sent a PDF full of meaningless charts.

I was charged $4,000 for a 'custom design' that was clearly a $50 template with our logo swapped in. Absolutely shameless.
