Fine for basics
They got us some traffic but the leads were low quality. The reporting dashboard was nice at least.

Poor quality work
Our bounce rate doubled after their 'optimization.' When I asked for a report they sent a PDF full of meaningless charts.

Terrible communication
They subcontracted the work to someone overseas without telling us. The quality was awful and there was no project manager.
