Constant delays
The branding they created was so bad our customers thought we went out of business. We had to reprint everything.

Charged twice and ghosted us
Our bounce rate doubled after their 'optimization.' When I asked for a report they sent a PDF full of meaningless charts.

Very disappointed
I signed a 12-month contract and they delivered nothing usable in the first quarter. Now they are holding us hostage for the cancel fee.

Avoid at all costs

Poor quality work
The website they built crashes on Safari and loads in 12 seconds. They said it was 'fine on their end' and closed the ticket.
