Customer service is a joke
Three months in and our traffic actually dropped. They refused to explain why and then billed us again. Stay far away.

Mobile site is unusable
They subcontracted the work to someone overseas without telling us. The quality was awful and there was no project manager.

Failed to deliver

Lost all our data
Our bounce rate doubled after their 'optimization.' When I asked for a report they sent a PDF full of meaningless charts.
