I liked the designer but the account manager kept changing and I had to re-explain everything every two weeks.
They identified technical SEO issues we did not even know existed and fixed them all. Crawl errors dropped to zero.
Our social media engagement has tripled since they took over content creation. They really understand our brand voice.
They deleted our old site before the new one was ready and we were offline for four days. No apology, no refund.
I got what I paid for I guess. It works. It is not inspiring but it works.
I was nervous about outsourcing our rebrand but they nailed the brief on the first try. Very talented designers.
